Our dream team, with a wealth of experience in Party Planning, Wedding Planning, Entertainment and Corporate Event Management, is led by Ian Ennis, whose mission is always to deliver mesmerizing experiences for all our clients. His unwavering passion for exceeding expectations and driving home the “Nothing is impossible” promise has put us where we are today.
Ian Ennis – Head Events Coordinator
Ian successfully delivered his first event in 1992 at the tender age of 17 and has never looked back. From there he has gathered a wealth of experience from working in the entertainment industry with nightclubs, hotels & venues all over Ireland. He attended & graduated in Events Management at the Fitzwilliam Institute in Dublin.
Ian says – “Having worked in the entertainment and hospitality industry for almost 30 years, I know how to create and deliver a dream vision to suit all our clients needs and desires. During these tough times with the pandemic, we can only plan ahead and adapt to this new world we live in. Our “Nothing is impossible” approach has done before and will do again, get us back to where we belong as one of the leading players in the event management industry. We always work closely with leading industry suppliers. We still strive to obtain the very best value for all our clients by getting 2-3 quotes from our partners to work within budgets big or small. Emma Willis – Events Coordinator
Emma Willis joined the team in early 2018 and has had a profoundly wonderful and charismatic impact on all our clients when assisting them on a daily basis. She has vast experience in organising and promoting Corporate and special events for well over 10 years now. She has extensive first-hand experience in promoting and publicising events, venues, products,services and people in diverse industries, and has developed an unparalleled understanding of marketing with one of her proudest achievements in promoting ‘Jumping in the City’ which won Best Innovation in Sport award 2015.
Emma says – “I love working with people from all backgrounds and helping them tease out their expectations of which Dream Events can turn to reality. With Dream Events I am inspired by the daily work we do, knowing a client can go to sleep knowing their event is in expert hands!”
Rob Mitchell – Events Coordinator
Rob Mitchell joined our team in 2013 with over 20 years experience in this field. To date, he has carved out a career in Event Management for private parties, Corporate Events management and Nightclub management in Ireland, U.K. and Spain.
Rob says – “I was working for a large corporate events management company when I met Ian a few years ago and I just knew we had to start working together. We create high expectations of ourselves and the rest of the team to ensure that all our clients are truly happy with our event design, delivery and service before, during and after every event we manage. Every client’s budget is our bible and we continue to deliver year in year out. Exciting times ahead for us!”

Ian and his team did an amazing job for our recent company Christmas party which catered for our factory staff and as well as our international colleagues. They organised all elements of transport to and from the venue as well as accommodation without any hassle. The room looked amazing and was not too "cluttered/over decorated". The food was absolutely delicious and there was no issue to organise a vegetarian option last minute. It was a great night and we have had such positive feedback on the whole night. We wanted to have something different and just for ourselves – this definitely was achieved. It was brilliant to be able to include our German and Japanese colleagues into one party. This has not been done before and it was a success. The activities went down really well - these included various casino games and bingo loco. The photo booth was a great addition which people did not expect to have. A massive thank you to Dream Events also for your kind gesture and donation of the spot prize. This was unexpected and was a lovely touch from Ian. We have been in contact with Ian since the Summer and were delighted to have him on board 100% for our party night. We would definitely recommend Dream Events as they delivered and excellence service from start to finish!

Ian and his team in Dream Events organised the launch of my Salon in Greystones. Everything from start to finish was excellent. I was so stressed as it was such an important event for us but Ian and his team sorted everything out and took all the stress away. We had so many compliments about how perfect the whole evening was. We hired Dream Events for a confirmation party recently and the service provided was excellent. I want to say a big thank you for the superb service we received last week from Dream Events for our fathers 70th Birthday party. From the set up of the marquee to the catering and entertainment, the attention to detail was just incredible. For my sons Communion party I was recommended Dream Events by a friend who had used them in the past. I met with Ian and gave him my requirements and my budget and from this he came up with some amazing ideas which really made the day extra special. They supplied a large marquee for our garden, that was delivered and set up the day before, we had over sized party games for the kids, which the adults loved too and he made some great decoration ideas that really made everywhere look fantastic.On the day Ian and his team set up everything, decorations, catering and entertainment and at the end of the day they came back to take away all the equipment, they even recommended a contract cleaning company to do the final clean up. Both adults and kids had a great time and I can highly recommend Ian and his team at Dream Events to friends and family as they provide a professional and efficient service.
